We all have off days. And while food isn’t
a fix-all, it can definitely help. When I’m feeling low, I turn to
nutrient-rich, feel-good foods that support both my body and mind.
Here’s my go-to mood-lifting food list:
- **Oats**: A comforting base that supports steady energy.
- **Dark chocolate**: A natural mood booster (just don’t overdo it).
- **Salmon**: Full of omega-3s for brain health.
- **Leafy greens**: Magnesium-rich and calming.
- **Berries**: Packed with antioxidants and vitamin C.
And don’t forget hydration. Sometimes what
feels like anxiety or fatigue is just dehydration. I always keep a water bottle
nearby.
